    I absolutely love MasterClass. It gave me the whole world, I learn something new every day with the greatest people in each field. It’s brief and to the point, it gave me the opportunity to understand what I am really interested about and what I just thought I was interested in. Absolutely worth the money! Would be great to a class on landscape design😁

    Хотелось бы, чтобы были добавлены субтитры на различных языках, в тч на русском. Многие классы очень трудные по предметам. Вообщем за цену подписки моден было бы раскошелиться и на перевод (хотя бы в виде субтитров)

    I had a 1 year subscription, half of this time I was unable to save videos for offline view. One day they solved the problem, but it already didn’t matter to me. After some time I subscribed again to listen to poker courses. Now I have another problem on the blank spot, my account is connected to Facebook and now I can’t login on my iPhone, so I’m completely cut off from the service in my trips. Tried to recover the account but it says that I must login with Facebook. I just don’t understand why did I pay such a fortune for the service that can never afford to be available on the go on most common device in the world.

    При поиске по категориям, левое меню категорий невозможно спрятать, из-за чего не виден список классов. Контент огонь!

    I love MasterClass content and the Web version. But the app is a mess. The classes are auto-played one by one... but in a RANDOM order. Every time! Please, fix.

    Content is great but the app is terrible. Constant lags and crashes. Downloaded a course to watch during the flight. I couldn't even start a video - the app didn't respond at all.

    I love the classes, but the app is just atrocious. It constantly pushes me new classes instead of taking me to the ones I’m already taking. Also it seems like the iPhone app constantly plays lessons out of order. This is so infuriating, especially since iPad app doesn’t do this nonsense. Also please do a normal list of classes instead of this custom thing with two scrolling lists side by side.

    Pay attention please! After the latest update there are now no lessons in my list and no videos I have watched recently. All information is empty. I’m very upset( — earlier information Hello! Please, take an appearance at a subtitles for another countries sometimes it’s very hard to realise the information immediately with a teacher. And why English subtitles sometimes are going away from the screen when you open another app for a second and return to a masterclass. There are no subtitles at the second time. You need to re-enter into the app. please, resolve these problems))

    I’d like to get started with the app, it looks very interesting and useful, but I’m a broke ass study in russia and the only paying method is 14k₽ a year, which is 200$, I can’t afford paying that price at ones, why there’s no monthly/weekly payment like any other application on this planet?? PLEASE ADD A MONTHLY PAYMENT!!

    This app perfect teaching method. Very useful and comfortable. But it has a few problems because of language barrier. Some terms really hard for not native speakers. So it will be good if app has subtitles or translate. Thanks

    Doesn’t show classes on Apple TV, stops showing on IPhone with AirPlay every 10-20 seconds. Return my money!!!

    Easy to interfere, although the video would freeze sometimes, so have to close the app and reopen it again.

    I payed for This lesson is unable to play, technical issue. Cool! I just can’t watch any lesson on my iPhone. Or it works just 2 minutes and then technical issue.

    I have full subscription, but I can’t open classes. What could go wrong? I’ve reinstalled app, but it didn’t help

    I constantly experience problems with the app which is quite frustrating because the content is truly amazing. But it’s very difficult to enjoy it fully because to work properly the app needs WiFi (I’ve never had this problem with any other video site, the Internet on my phone is usually powerful enough), not all videos are available for downloading (which means some parts of the course you’ll be able to watch on the go while others will have to wait for no particular reason). Lately it’s been failing so badly it’s basically impossible to watch anything - I have to restart the app every five minutes so I rarely use it.

    The app crashes rather a lot; the scrolling randomly skips to the top; the playback occasionally doesn’t work when the phone is locked - it stops after each lesson instead of going to the next; also, when the phone is locked, the control buttons are inactive. The resume queue is weird: instead of showing me the recent master classes first, it follows its own logic that I don’t understand. So, to keep going with my current MasterClass, I have to search for it first. The subscription is quite expensive, which makes all these issues doubly annoying

    1. Subtitles are not loading when u run video on tv. 2. When stop video to read some titles more carefully, information appears. It’s Better to have free of another things screen to work with titles. Thank u

    Приложение с мастерклассами для целевой аудитории от таких людей, как Мартин Скорсезе, Джуди Фостер и других. Цена отсеивает случайных людей: 7000 за один авторский курс, 15000 подписка на год. Ну, и конечно, требуется fluent English))

    Мне нравится. Прослушала класс с Нилом Гейманом — тот еще многостаночник-трудяга. Слушаю класс с основателем Старбакса. Английского intermediate - upper intermediate достаточно для понимания. Можно включить субтитры себе и распечатать книгу к мастерклассу. Я слушаю классы обычно вечером, когда с собакой гуляю. Просто аудио.

    I seriously loved this app until it crashed. And I guess everyone payed for the subscription which is not cheap! It’s been lagging for a week or so. So please fix it and let people enjoy this amazing app.
