Application has a lot of issues. Looks like stateful JavaScript garbage. Have sometimes mind of it’s own, which causes internet shortages on my iPad. Connection logs are not that helpful. App could remember some settings and try to execute them despite you already changed something. Irritating. Do not hire frontenders to do your native stuff at lower costs, this usually results in some mad issues.

Я отменил подписку через 3 часа после покупки, так как был разочарован сервисом, но деньги мне никто не вернул(

I valued your app for being ‘sticky’ when it comes to preventing traffic leaks when VPN is not active but after last two updates it is completely broken. If I leave my iPhones and an iPad over night, in the morning VPN connection is down but all apps can go to the internet freely!!! What’s the purpose of such on-demand ‘optimizations’????!!!!! Please revert to the state before 3.1.3 came out!!!

It just stopped working for me and a friend of mine with the latest update. When I try to connect, it says “connecting” but then never makes it and gives up without any prompts. Rebooting the device and redownloading the app didn’t help.

So I will not scroll all countries in the least and choose it manually...

Browser leaves VPN fingerprint, what causes lack of anonymity. You shall to fix it with MSS configuring. Reducing value of “mssfix” parameter in config file should solve the problem, but it also may cause packet losses. I think that is important to think about solution

Деньги с карты списывает акцептно. Ежегодно, хотя её никто на это не уполномочивал.
При восстановлении пароля - нет возможности войти в ЛК, пишет что аккаунт не обнаружен, хотя сообщение об изменении пароля активировано.
Придётся менять карту.

Все бы хорошо, но на телефоне не идут данные через vpn. На компьютере все нормально.
Бесплатный аналог на телефоне без проблем работает.

Мерзкий сервис. Не, ну вы только полюбуйтесь на этих красавцев — не стесняются драть 150₽ в неделю или 750₽ в месяц. 750 рублёв в месяц, Карл! Лично я за домашний проводной интернет плачу меньше. Но это ещё не всё: подключение откровенно дерьмовое (скорость дай бог пару мегабит, а пинг такой что постоянные сбросы) и вдобавок есть сервера в СНГ. Что это означает? Правильно: вас сдадут со всеми потрохами при первом же запросе рашкованских силовиков.

На mac os работает идеально, лучший Vpn.
Но на iPhone не соединяет с сервером.
