Over time, I realized that they do not even read my questions and do not try to understand the meaning of the problem - and all their work is to read the text diagonally, hook on the most common words (tags) - and based on this, draw a conclusion about what Probably we are talking about - pull a template from your base and issue it in response. Well - everything is the same as what any simple AI chatbot does, only people do it here :-D And if any robot answers instantly, then here you have to wait for an answer to any question from 2 to 7 days - checked. But that's not what we're talking about. After that, in my country, their VPN stopped working. Naturally, no one began to fix this, and a large and thick organic device was put on the users of my country. I stopped using this spy VPN program and paid for the subscription accordingly. At the beginning of November 2022, I decided to delete my account. Any normal VPN allows you to do this. EU law guarantees me this right. Surprisingly, I did not find such a function anywhere in this Trojan. And the Internet referred to the “Delete account” function, which for some reason was not in this virus program ... But there was a “Remove my data” function, which I successfully pressed. And I just opened an e-mail to the address of their support service, quoting my technical data and a specific title. Well, I sent this letter at the turn of October and November. Waited 2 days. I received a link in response, where I confirmed the deletion of the account and all data associated with it. But never received a deletion date. Because I like to make sure that companies actually comply with the law of oblivion. I again wrote to the support service by e-mail and after 2 days received a response that my account would be deleted within 48 hours. Well, we are waiting. And then I already have the entire chronology of events saved to the nearest minute. On November 6, I checked the authorization and made sure that my account was not deleted and wrote to their e-mail on November 6 at 14:40 GMT with a question to clarify the situation and why they deceived me, but the account was not deleted. No response for almost a day. November 7th at 11:23 GMT, I'm already creating an appeal through their ticket system with about the same question. I receive confirmation by e-mail that the ticket has been created. On November 7th at 18:43 GMT I am adding a comment on this ticket with the question that more than a day has passed, when will the answer be? More than 2 days have passed and there is no answer, and on November 8 at 15:58 GMT I again write on the ticket that there is no answer for more than 2 days. More than 3 days have passed and no response. November 9 at 13:09 GMT I create a new ticket and receive an email confirmation that my ticket has been created. At the same time, I’m surfing the Internet with another search, already on request, why Hotspot Shield deceives its customers, does not actually delete their accounts, but instead stops responding to requests, ignoring customers. There, somewhere I find advice to write a ticket with a specific topic, supposedly it helps to wait for a response faster (although it is said that you are unlikely to get a response, because the company is really vile and simply does not delete and forget accounts, even if you ask - they say, tried a hundred times, passed - they say, spyware, be careful). Just in case, on November 9 at 13:19 GMT, I create a ticket with this topic. At the moment, almost 5 days have passed and I have not received a single answer yet. The account has not been deleted yet. Draw further conclusions for yourself. I made my conclusion. The organization simply stops responding to tickets of those who left it (even though I am a former premium). And brazenly lies that she allegedly deleted the account. Use this VPN, understanding that it collects all the data about you for its own purposes and will use it in the future ;) Because it is definitely not going to delete it! And you can forget about deletion and oblivion, this is not provided here. That is why I wrote at the very beginning that this virus software is more like a bug that is watching you. Пользуюсь несколько лет этим ВПН и с телефона и с ноутбука. Но по какой то причине перестал работать с ноута. На телефоне все хорошо
