Купила подписку на год, захожу в приложение, а там просят снова ее купить. Когда захожу в appstore, подписка на год активна, а в приложении нет. Подскажите, пожалуйста, что делать в этой ситуации?

Ранее все было отлично. Можно было переиграть какую-то игру. Сейчас крутится загрузка и все. Рекламу не показывает и соответственно приложение не дает выполнить заново задание.
И отменить загрузку нельзя, нужно выходить из приложения

I downloaded the Peak app, subscribed for the trial period and then I paid for the annual subscription (2 750 ,00 RUB). After I deleted the app and after I have downloaded it again, I can’t use my PRO Version of Peak anymore. I guess the first time I downloaded the app and subscribed for the Pro version, I didn’t create an account.
Now I can’t even buy the new PRO version again and I can’t use mine as well.
I’ve sent several emails to the Peak support, but didn’t get a reply.

Good app, but unskippable ads every 5 seconds are so annoying that it makes Peak the worst brain app experience in App Store. I payed yearly for a couple of brain apps out there, but after such attitude towards users I’ll never pay for peak

After three years of being suscribed to pro version without ads, i suddenly found it impossible to complete another update. The payment is going through, but the ap is not upgrading. Ads are extremely annoying.

It constantly misfires penalties even though my fingers stay in the highlighted zones (maybe not in the very center of it, but they’re inside). This drives me nuts!!! 🤬

i don't like the following things:
1. When I hide Language games, language category still counts in my Peak score. I tried adding language games and playing them. as a result, my peak score decreased and when I hid the language games back, it stayed low !!! my English is good enough to understand the tasks of the game, but not enough to play language games. because of this, I cannot raise my peak score ☹️ please exclude the language category from the peak score if language games are hidden.
2. when i hide language games: Low Pop is hidden Objectifind is not hidden Why? I know words “one” ore “two” but I don’t know word “tow truck”!
3. Objectives of games are not attached to the level. if you have not reached some objective at the Beginner level, it can stay with you until the Master level. Example: I had objective in Perilous Path: 10 games without mistakes. I could do it at the beginner level, but now (expert) it’s too hard. if I knew this from the very beginning, I could have prevented it otherwise, everything is fine)

It is not applicable for everyone even if the dev team is able to put their entire arm in their *** and than take out of it only middle finger, try to understand it and exclude situations where this ability is required

I play the free version and don’t even mind watching ads. But now I press to replay the game, watch an ad and the app closes. I have to rewatch the ad again to play the game and sometimes it even takes two or three ads before I can play. Sometimes the app randomly closes during the game. I was about to buy a pro version but I won’t now since the app isn’t working properly. I’m afraid I’ll pay money and it still will close all the time.

Even if this game could turn you into Einstein (which it can’t), charging almost 40 bucks PER YEAR for a mobile game is absolutely ridiculous and one of the worst examples of developer greed that I’ve seen on this platform

Ребятам очень нужны деньги. Очень. Закручивают Гайки как могут. Теперь бесплатно только 4 игры в день на их выбор. Все. За остальное -плати! Буду искать аналоги, разочаровали.

Хорошая возможность пошевелить мозгами. Интересные задания. Но если не заплатить, то не дают пройти уровень подряд и тогда не собрать достижения, чтобы пройти дальше.

Are you so greedy that cheat on performant people?! It’s a bit annoying when you fulfill all necessary conditions to be promoted to the next level but the game quietly resets your progress each time. I fed up. And please don’t tell that it’s like a gum, I use it for free around half a year because I show results and use bonuses. What do you say?

The application had stopped working recently. Deleted it and uploaded one more time, didn’t work out. It starts loading when opening and nothing is happening afterwords.

1) Серию нельзя «восстановить», если пропустил по каким-то причинам (в моем случае, была разница в часовых поясах). Таким образом, 49 дней псу под хвост.
2) Игра Grow больше не «растёт». Замерло на одном и том же достижении score above 10150 twice in a row.

At first I used this app from time to time and watched their advertisements for playing. And it was ok, it was my choice to save my money and pay them for play by watching their ads. Then their added additional ads after each daily game. Ok, I got it. But finnaly they started restrict even replay games by watching advertisements. Okay!!! ))) And this was you choice dear developer. Get out Peak from my iPhone! See you never!
