Start to run after pairing with your Alatech treadmills(1), the app will change incline on your treadmill to follow the routes you choose. Meantime, the exercise data will be sent to Ala CloudRun over Bluetooth. You can check up your exercise data such as distance, speed, pace, and calories on ALA connect after every race. A variety of different running routes around the world. Free downloads of marathon routes. Check milestone records for your running mileage, total altitude, and best grades.
