Please, show not just a preroll ads, which is played for every single video, even when trying to replay it, but also midroll and postroll ads. Also, 40 seconds of main content is too much compared to 15 seconds of ads. Please, make the ads longer.

i bought subscription for year and can’t watch live games because “this game is not available in your region due to blackout restrictions”. I don’t understand why i paid for it. strongly not recommended.

The message below is all about the app on Apple TV. Being a great fan of hockey I’m just near to say that I hate your Apple TV app, guys. Let me try to explain why. I own a few modern Samsung smart TV sets and I use Apple TV devices with them. Modern Samsung TV sets have great Bluetooth remote controls and I actually don’t need to use any other remote controls, including the Apple TV’s ones (we all hate to use many of them, right?) because Samsung remote controls cover all of my needs to use them with both Samsung TV sets and Apple TV devices. All but the NHL app on Apple TV. Why? Let’s say I’m watching a game recap on an Apple TV with the NHL app. And at one moment I realize that I need to pause it. If I hit the central button on the Samsung remote control then nothing happens. If I hit the central button on the Apple TV remote control then nothing happens as well. If I hit the play/pause button on the Samsung remote control then guess what? Right, nothing happens. If I hit the play/pause button on the Apple TV remote control then yes, it finally works. Therefore the NHL app on Apple TV is the only app requiring me to use another remote control in addition to the Samsung one. Guys, what I’m bagging you for is: if somebody hits the central button on the Apple TV remote control while watching a game recap then the video should pause/play. Not only hitting the Play/pause button but hitting the central button too. Otherwise it’s not working well with Samsung smart TV sets. Yes, as of now the central button is not working as Play/Pause on neither Apple TV nor Samsung remote control. Kindly asking you guys to fix it. Why not just to hit the play/pause button on the Samsung remote control and be happy? Because it has its own logic for that button that overrides the play/pause functionality for some reason. Aside of that the app is great.

Все сделано очень удобно и красиво. Но подписка очень дорогая для нашего рынка. 1500₽/месяц для просмотра матчей одной команды. Сделали бы региональные цены. Тем более основная часть матчей проходит поздней ночью.

Скажите, начинается сезон 20-21. Хочу купить годовую подписку на сезон а не помесячно. Как это сделать? Потому-что оплату просит произвести только на месяц!

I delete your app and stop following nhl because of your decision to cancel games tonight. Once I visited an nhl global series event and I planned to do it again in the future. However, you lost me as a fan of your league because of the decision.

Оформил подписку, а смотреть не могу. Не работает.

Спокойно пользовался приложением на английском языке. Все устраивало. Зачем-то новости автоматом перевели на русский язык, да так, что только заголовки можно прочесть. Текст статей - набор дурацких символов. Оставьте пользователям самим возможность определять на каком языке им использовать приложение.

Русский язык добавьте и будет👍

Dear developers, why did you remove the subtitles button from all the videos? It is very uncomfortable to watch videos with some subtitles that occupy half of the screen. What is more, the words told are often not the same as the subtitles written. Bring this button back, please. Your app is great, thanks for it.

Хорошее приложение, но русский язык необходим, добавьте пожалуйста,

10 минут просмотра сжирает порядка 20-30 % зарядки на всех моих устройствах, это очень грустно(( Так же через раз качество видео оставляет желать лучшего. Причем это не зависит от того wi-fi это или моб. связь. Ну и очень часто при открытии приложения открываются матчи не сегодняшнего дня , а из прошлого сезона.

После обновления системы до iPad OS приложение вылетает при запуске.

Не плохо было бы сделать на русском языке
